Schizophrenia consists of hallucinations and delusions, not allowing the person to think clearly, manage emotions and make tough decisions (NAMI). Treatment features first and second generation antipsychotics, as well as psychotherapy and complementary health approaches (NAMI). Similar to other mental health disorders, schizophrenia with lucid dreams will harm and confuse the patient more, therefore lucid dreaming shouldn’t be used with it (Timperley).
